We’re now looking for a Team Coordinator to join our Commercial team and support their vital work in driving customer and market engagement, pipeline opportunities, and overall team effectiveness.

As Team Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the Commercial team’s activities, ensuring that processes run smoothly and effectively. This position requires a highly organised, proactive individual who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively across teams. You’ll maintain accurate records, support customer and market engagement activities, and coordinate team functions to contribute to the success of our business objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Organise and schedule team meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items to ensure completion.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports for the team.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure a structured and efficient workflow is maintained across all activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the team’s information systems, including:
    • Customer engagement activities.
    • Market engagement efforts.
    • Opportunities within the new business pipeline.
  • Manage and regularly update the customer contact database, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data.
  • Conduct research to support the team’s understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and individual customer opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and presentations tailored for trade and user audiences.
  • Attend and provide administrative and logistical support during customer meetings, trade shows, and other events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Business Development, to align on strategies and support campaign execution.
  • Act as a point of contact for queries related to Commercial team activities, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline team activities and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to support the Commercial team’s success.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, ideally within a commercial or sales-focused team.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems or information databases.
  • Previous experience conducting market or competitor research is an advantage.
  • A detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, enabling effective teamwork across departments.
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude, able to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines.
