As a Solutions Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving adoption of Evergreen Life’s digital solutions by developing and managing relationships with NHS organisations and related partners. You’ll combine solution-led sales, relationship building, and meaningful market insight to ensure Evergreen Life is positioned as a trusted, value-adding partner. This role involves regional travel to meet stakeholders, attend events, and build visibility. You will represent Evergreen Life in settings ranging from operational teams to senior decision-makers, translating needs into clear proposals and revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales & Opportunity Development
- Identify, engage and grow relationships with NHS organisations including ICBs, PCNs, Trusts and healthcare providers
- Develop tailored engagement strategies that align Evergreen Life solutions with NHS priorities.
- Build compelling proposals and commercial cases that demonstrate clear value and outcomes.
- Support cross-sell opportunities across Evergreen Life and the wider Omnes Healthcare portfolio.
?Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships with commissioners, clinicians and system leaders.
- Understand customer objectives and translate them into solution recommendations, driving innovation.
- Lead meetings, presentations and discussions with stakeholders at all levels
- Manage negotiation and closing processes, ensuring agreements support sustainable value.
Insight & Feedback Loop
- Monitor NHS policy developments, funding shifts and strategic priorities.
- Provide structured feedback to internal product and marketing teams to shape roadmaps and messaging.
- Contribute insights to commercial strategy, ensuring Evergreen Life remains ahead of emerging needs.
Commercial Execution
- Prepare bids, tender responses and customer documentation to a high standard.
- Track performance against sales targets, identifying actions to maximise conversion.
- Work collaboratively across product, delivery and support teams to ensure successful handover and onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in solution-led sales within health tech or a related sector.
- Strong understanding of ICS structures, commissioning pathways and NHS decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with senior NHS stakeholders.
- Skilled in negotiation, business case development and closing commercially favourable contracts.
- Confident communicator and presenter, able to engage clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Able to interpret data and insights to shape value propositions and messaging.
- Familiar with digital health, population health solutions and healthcare information governance.
- Effective company representative at stakeholder meetings, events and conferences.
- Commercially minded, proactive and resilient, with a customer-first, collaborative approach.
- Able to simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly and persuasively.
