We’re building the next generation of digital health products at Evergreen Life, and we’re looking for high-potential graduates to join a structured Product Graduate Program.
This is not a passive “learning” scheme. You’ll take on real responsibility from day one, rotating through three core product roles:
- Product Specialist
- Business Analyst
- Product Owner
Each rotation lasts 6–9 months. By the end of the program, you’ll have a full-stack understanding of how digital products are designed, built, sold, and scaled in a live commercial environment.
Most graduate schemes keep you at the edges. This one puts you in the middle. You won’t just observe:
- You’ll speak to customers
- You’ll define requirements
- You’ll ship product
If you perform well, you’ll finish the programme operating at the level of a mid-level product professional, not an entry-level one.
Responsibilities:
Rotation 1: Product Specialist
- Act as the bridge between Evergreen products and our partners (e.g. NHS organisations, employers, private providers)
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing customer success
- Gather structured feedback from customers and translate it into product insights
- Work closely with sales and product teams to improve adoption and retention
- Help shape how we position and package our products in the market
Rotation 2: Business Analyst
- Work with stakeholders to define problems clearly before solutions are built
- Break down product initiatives into detailed requirements and user stories
- Analyse user behaviour, product performance, and operational data
- Support discovery work, including user research and competitor analysis
- Ensure product decisions are grounded in evidence, not assumption
Rotation 3: Product Owner
- Own a product area or squad within the Evergreen platform
- Prioritise the roadmap based on impact, effort, and strategic goals
- Write and manage tickets, and work closely with engineering and design
- Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and delivery processes
- Be accountable for delivering outcomes, not just features
Skills and Knowledge
We care more about how you think than what you studied, but strong candidates will likely have:
- A degree (2:1 or above) in a relevant field (e.g. Product Design, Business, Engineering, Psychology, or similar)
- Clear interest in digital products, startups, or healthtech
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with both technical and non-technical people
- A bias for action - you’re comfortable taking ownership early
Bonus (not required):
- Experience with tools like Figma, Jira, or analytics platforms
- Exposure to coding, data analysis, or UX design
- Internship or side project experience
Benefits
- Standard Evergreen benefits package
