We are looking for experienced NHS Partnership Managers who will lead on customer engagement, ensuring that the business has real time knowledge of current customer satisfaction and future commissioning intentions whilst also engaging with the wider NHS market to develop relationships with key decision makers to drive new business into the company.

We are looking for a skilled communicator who will engage with NHS commissioners building strong, long-lasting relationships whilst continuously identifying opportunities to attract new clients and build a loyal customer base. The post holder will work closely with the Business Development Team, Senior Leadership Team and other parties to continuously develop Omnes Healthcare’s business interests. Alongside the CRM Manager you will support the development and management of our CRM strategy, including customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and engagement initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with NHS commissioners, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for NHS clients, ensuring their feedback and needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Map NHS stakeholders, identifying key decision-makers and cultivating relationships to maximise partnership opportunities.
  • Represent Omnes Healthcare at industry events, forums, and stakeholder meetings to reinforce our presence and credibility.

Customer Lifecycle and Retention Strategy

  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager to design and implement effective lifecycle management strategies.
  • Drive initiatives to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through personalised, data-driven approaches.
  • Regularly conduct business reviews with NHS partners, presenting insights and recommendations tailored to their needs.

Business Development and Market Analysis

  • Identify and engage with potential NHS clients, developing proposals to secure new business.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide market intelligence to inform Omnes Healthcare’s strategic positioning.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Team to develop customer engagement plans that align with the organisation's growth strategy.

Operational and Reporting Excellence

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and service delivery to NHS clients.
  • Develop value-added reports and presentations that enhance engagement and demonstrate the impact of Omnes Healthcare’s services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, activities, and risks using CRM systems.

Campaigns and Communications

  • Plan and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to NHS stakeholders in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality materials that communicate Omnes Healthcare’s value proposition effectively.
  • Ensure all communications are compliant with industry regulations, including GDPR.

 

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Proven experience of building and maintaining strong, long lasting customer relationships and maximising business opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and tools, with a track record of managing customer databases effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in managing customer lifecycle strategies, particularly in healthcare or related industries.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK as required.

Desirable:

  • Experience of working within the medical industry preferably within the NHS 
  • Familiarity with NHS structures, commissioning processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Background in marketing or business development within a healthcare context.
