The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that generate leads in alignment with the Commercial Team’s business objective. This role requires a proactive and creative individual who can effectively communicate the value of our products and services to meet the needs of needs of healthcare providers and patients. The Marketing Manager will enhance the company’s social media presence, drive campaign performance, and generate demand to support growth in the competitive health-tech market.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads and support the Commercial Team’s business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial Team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and drive revenue growth.
- Enhance and manage the company’s social media presence to build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and stimulate demand.
- Oversee the management and continual improvement of multiple company websites, including practice specific sites, the Omnes company website, and Evergreen’ Life’s website, ensuring they remain up to date, clearly communicate the value proposition, and create synergy and consistency across brands.
- Create compelling, audience-focused content, including case studies, that communicate the value of our products and services to healthcare providers and patients.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to ensure clear, timely, and consistent messaging that protects and upholds the company’s reputation during sensitive or high-impact situations.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and marketing effectiveness.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful lead-generation and difital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of healthcare sector desirable
- Strong collaboration and stake holder management skills.
- Experience in using CRM and marketing automation platforms (eg. Salesforce, Hubspot etc)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
- Results driven and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving market environment
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovate campaigns tailored to healthcare audiences.
