As the Head of NHS Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of our high-quality healthcare solutions.

This position also requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for innovation, improving service delivery, and addressing challenges faced by healthcare customers. Collaboration with relevant teams to align efforts across marketing, operations, and customer service is essential, ensuring that Evergreen Life’s offerings consistently meet the evolving needs of healthcare users

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a customer relationship strategy to strengthen partnerships, improve customer retention and engagement as well as enhancing client satisfaction across all services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, addressing their needs and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify key behaviours and translating insights into actionable plans to improve services and relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Product and Development to align customer needs with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and service enhancement, presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Via liaison with the account, service or practice management team, manage and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively, promoting trust and loyalty.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, agreements, and progress reports.
  • Review daily priorities and take appropriate action to ensure results are achieved
  • Perform technical tasks on Cloud system

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer relationship management or similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare sector and its regulatory environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather insights, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks.
  • A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering excellence.
