HCA Receptionist
We are seeking an enthusiastic HCA Receptionist to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference.
You will be based in our Secondary Care clinics as the first point of contact for all our patients, you will be expected to always provide a friendly and supportive environment for patients and visitors, and you will be trained to assist the clinicians in clinic when needed. This role will also involve completing administrative tasks as and when required.
This an important position within our business providing an essential support function to the clinical and management teams, so that they can deliver the best care and provide the full range of Secondary Care Services. You must work with autonomy and a high degree of confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion, empathy, and tact.
