This is a fantastic and Unique opportunity for the right candidate to make a huge impact in a new E-commerce site that is launching in March. Evergreen Life is enhancing its approach to how we help customers to take control of their health, wellbeing and fitness and is expanding into the B2C market with the launch of our new e-commerce website called Evergreenwell. We are looking for a proactive and driven E-commerce manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in shaping our e-commerce strategy, taking an active role in the sourcing and ranging, and will take a lead of the day to day running of the website. This role has huge scope for progression as the business grows.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:

  • Manage merchandising and campaigns
  • Work alongside our IT team to implement technical improvements.
  • Collaborate with wider team to implement products, promotions and pricing changes.
  • Content improvements throughout the journey
  • Monitor site analytics, traffic patterns, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.

Ranging and sourcing support:

  • Work with suppliers to find new product ranges
  • Support in account manage

Supply chain support:

  • Stock management and ordering of our stocked range – ensuring we have high stock availability
  • Relationship management with our warehouse
  • Assist with process for our distributors for managing stock

Marketing:

  • Work with our acquisition agency partners to drive sessions and online sales including google and Meta
  • Coordinate with the creative team create and launch promotional campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and PPC.
  • Optimise product listings, descriptions, and imagery for better engagement and SEO performance.

Customer Service:

  • Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer feedback and improve satisfaction.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Deliver the required reporting requirements
  • Analyse key performance metrics ad hoc as required.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

 

Experience:

  • Proven experience at least 4 years in e-commerce management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of managing and leading teams
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (ideally Shopify) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
