Admin Manager – ENT
Location: Manchester
We are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Manager to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference.
The Administration Manager will have responsibility for the delivery of high quality administrative support for our ENT Contracts.
The Administration Manager will directly manage a number of team leaders and Senior PHA’s, to ensure they are delivering a high-quality service and will have overall responsibility for referral management, appointment booking, procedure scheduling, clinic occupancy, discharge of patients, letters and outpatient clinic scheduling
The Administration Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the daily operational requirements of each contract are managed correctly, in accordance with the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) outlined within each contract, and ensure that all referrals are managed in a timely and professional manner, from the acceptance/ receipt of referral to the discharge to GP process.
The Administration Manager will also have responsibility of maintaining effective working relationships with the team to ensure the sustained delivery of key operational targets.
- Support the Specialty Management Teams in the delivery of key access targets.
- Monitor delivery of agreed activity levels through trajectories and Key Performance Indicator’s.
- Play a key role in ensuring that performance against targets is communicated throughout the team.
- Support the forward planning process for the team.
- Provide robust tracking of performance and KPI’s.
- Manage performance of all PHAs and keep their performance efficiencies above 80%.
- Support General Managers & Service Managers on external meetings with commissioners where required.
- Develop and sustain good relationships and work closely with other departments.
- Provide support to identified projects.
- To support in the investigation of informal and formal complaints, ensuring learning is disseminated and actioned within the team.
- Any other duties/responsibilities as delegated by Management Team to support the function and development of the service.
